So this is a collaboration that involves a bunch of other incredible bloggers and it’s all about leftover pulled pork. And all the incredible recipes you can make with it. I can guarantee you that these pulled pork recipes will get you super hungry!
And of course, we first need to make the pulled pork. All of these bloggers used my smokey and spicy pulled pork as their base recipe, so click here if you would like to check that out.
Here are the 8 leftover pulled pork recipes
The Anthony Kitchen/Kelly’s Pulled Pork Salad Recipe: This is definitely how you take a salad up a notch. Not just because of the pulled pork but because of the beautiful balance of flavour Kelly has brought to the table. The freshness, the acidity, the spiciness. Way to go Kelly!!
Holy Whisk/Reka’s Pulled Pork Cuban Sandwich: Ok so I don’t know if you’ve seen the movie “Chef” (if you haven’t, watch it), but Reka’s pulled pork Cubano sandwiches are inspired by that movie. The only difference is that her’s are even more epic!
Sugar Salt Magic/Marie’s Spicy Pulled Pork Empanadas: So Marie is just an incredible recipe developer and she didn’t let us down with these Empanadas. Nothing like getting a pulled pork surprise inside this delicious flaky pastry. Not only that, she served these with the most incredible looking homemade salsa and avocado cream. Don’t think it can get any better than that!
Roots and Radishes/Tera’s Summery Pulled Pork and Veggie bowls: This just screams summer, but the pulled pork just makes those summer veggies a whole lot more exciting. Tera kept it simple but very well thought out at the same time!!
Foodolic/Marie’s Polenta 3 ways: So this post just shows that if you want to know how to prepare polenta, Marie is the one to teach you how to do that. And she prepared the polenta in the traditional way, she topped it off with the pulled pork which I thought was such an awesome idea. Awesome job Marie!!
Dahlia Kitchen/Alicia’s Hawaiian Pulled Pork Pizza: I mean, come on, what better way to take a Hawaiian pizza to a whole new level. And this is such an incredible way to get that beautiful sweet and salty combination when you take that bite of the pulled pork and the pineapple.
The Winsome Baker/Kearin’s Pulled Pork Khachapuri: I have actually never even heard of Khachapuri until Kearin, the most amazing baker in the world brought it to my attention. What an amazing looking dish right?! Just looking at this makes me drool. Go show Kearin some love by making this amazing recipe.
And my Pulled Pork Sliders: And finally, we got pulled pork sliders in mini brioche buns with lemon and yoghurt coleslaw. And as much as I loved these sliders, once I posted this recipe I knew that there are so many different recipes you can create with pulled pork. And that is how I got inspired to do this collaboration in the first place. With that being said, if you’re a burger fan you should definitely give these sliders a go!
And there you have it, my friends. 8 incredible pulled pork recipes to mess around with. Awesome post! They all sound so yummy! I love everyone’s unique take on making different dishes with the same building block of pulled pork. So impressive to see the creativity.
Great pulled pork collection of ideas though the khachapuri really caught my eye. I’ve used it as a topping for a flatbread/tortilla pizza along with a barbecue sauce base as well as a tamale filling and, of course, as a bun/slider filling.
I know right!? They all did such a splendid job. Thanks for your comment (:
Indeed it caught my eye as well, never even heard of a Khachapuri before. But it looks so good. That pizza sounds awesome, love the sound of that bbq base 😉
