Way to go Sarah!!
Red Lentil, Tamarind and Tomato Soup by Elizabeth from Cuisine D’eli: We all know that amazing soups like this taste better the next day. Pumpkin, Ricotta and Sage Pasta Shells by Alexandra from It’s Not Complicated Recipes: Now here is where I applaud Alexandra because she has really thought outside the box here. No one likes to run around the kitchen stressing out getting dinner ready for a bunch of guests. So this idea is gold to me, plus it’s something new and inspiring.

His post also involves a recipe for cilantro lime rice, Cuban black beans and tostones.
Thai Green Chicken Curry by Me!!: And no you won’t be buying store-bought paste, you’ll be making your own curry paste!! So you can control how chilli you add! Also, if you don’t muck about, you can get this dish done in 30 minutes or less. So definitely worth checking this recipe out and if you make it, let me know how you got on.
