A 5 minute, gluten free Baileys Irish coffee recipe that will blow you away! You don't want to skip this one!
Use a whisk or electric beater to whip the cream until almost soft peaks but not quite (semi whipped). Then, add your Baileys and stir it through the cream.
Add the brown sugar to the glass, then add the coffee, filling the mug a bit more than 3 qaurters of the way up. Stir the coffee until the sugar is completely dissolved.
From there, add your whiskey, Baileys and vanilla extract if you have it and stir through.
Slowly spoon or pour the semi whipped cream on top until the mug is filled right to the top.
Lightly dust some cocoa powder on top if you want to garnish the drink and then serve straight away.
