Ingredients
2ouncesgin
175mltonic water
2lime wedgesone for juicing and one for garnish. Don't forget to roll the lime before you cut it.
At least a nice big handful of ice
Instructions
Chill the glass by either putting in the freezer for about 5-10 minutes or filling the glass up with ice cubes and setting aside for 10 minutes.
Empty the glass if need be, add your gin and squeeze in your lime juice, making sure the skin is facing down so that the lime juice gets the oils from the skin.
Add your tonic water (something you can try if you wish is to tilt your glass to the side while pouring the tonic water as it helps keep the fizz).
Recipe Notes
Remember to chill your glass, you want to cocktail to stay cold.
