Pour water inside the moulds of a muffin tin at least 3 quarters of the way up. Then freeze until completely solid.
Put your pitted and halved cherries in a glass, then muddle until half broken down (don't completely mash the cherries).
Take the glass out of the freezer and add one of your giant ice cube.
Put your Whiskey, lemon juice, orange juice, simple syrup and egg white in a shaker, then shake without ice for a few times.
