Pre-heat your oven to 210 degrees Celsius.

Get your flour out on a clean surface and make a well with your hands.

Add the yeast to your tepid water and stir around with a spoon.

Pour the yeasty water in the well of your flour then add your pinch of salt and a drizzle of olive oil.

Slowly bring the flour in with the spoon to bind it all together, then use the spoon to mix the dough around for a bit. Once the dough looks rough and is sticking to the spoon, set the spoon aside and get your hands in there.

Move the dough around a bit bring everything together. Then sprinkle a bit of flour on the dough and on the surface to stop your dough from sticking so much.

Next you want to knead the dough for about 5-10 minutes until it's smooth and elastic.

Sprinkle a bit of flour inside a bowl, place the dough inside and then sprinkle a bit more flour on top. Cover the bowl with a damp cloth and set it aside in a relatively warm place to prove for about 45 minutes.

Once the dough has proved and you can see it's risen. Then, dust your surface with flour and roll it out nice and thin. Then place it on a pizza tray or any other tray that will fit the pizza.

Put your strawberries into a bowl, add the vanilla extract and castor sugar and then mix through.
