Tom Collins cocktail

One of my favourite gin cocktails. Has that lovely sweet, sour and strong balance.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz of gin
  • 1 oz of fresh lemon juice
  • 20 ml sugar syrup
  • Soda water
  • Lemon slice for garnish
  • Plenty of ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Get yourself a tall glass, and place about 4-5 ice cubes inside. Leave to chill for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Pour the gin, sugar syrup and lemon juice inside the glass, top up with soda water. Give the drink a small stir and then serve.
