Here are a group of fantastic pasta recipes that I guarantee you will love. We are talking fresh pasta, cheesy pasta, seafood pasta, shredded beef, hidden veg…..The list goes on.

So, if you are a pasta fan, you have come to the right place. Some of these pasta recipes are classics with an added twist. And the rest are just pasta recipes that I developed. The last recipe, however, is fresh pasta recipe so keep in mind that they take some time to prepare.
Broccolini Carbonara
This is a very personally made carbonara, broccolini carbonara! I absolutely love broccolini and I think it makes this dish better. However, if your not of fan of the way I make carbonara, don’t worry, I also go through how to make the classic carbonara too!!

Aglio e Olio
It’s just amazing how a dish that is so simple can taste so incredible! This pasta recipe has few ingredients, but ingredients that work so well together. In this post, I go over a great way to make al dente pasta and other ingredients you can add to this recipe.

Angel Hair Napolitana with Crispy Prosciutto
Adding the crispy prosciutto was a change to the classic recipe, but a powerful one that made a wonderful transformation in flavour. Also, angel hair pasta cooks in about 4 minutes so this dish is a quickie.

Crumbed Sausage and Hidden Veggie Pasta
Now, this is a good one for the kids. Especially if you can’t get them to eat their veggies. Just blend it into a pasta sauce and they will never know. I hope this recipe serves parents well.

Slow Cooker Shredded Beef Bolognese
A tough piece of beef slowly cooking away in the flavours of bolognese. Tender, rich, tasty melt in your mouth goodness.

Seafood Pasta
If you have any leftover seafood in the freezer that you want to use up. I highly recommend that you try this recipe. The flavour that comes from seafood works so nicely with the linguini.

St Patrick’s Day Cheesy Sausage Green Pasta
I have to say, this pasta recipe is a lot of fun. I made this fresh spinach pasta for St Patrick’s day but you can make it whenever you like! This is a good one to get the kids involved with. The fresh pasta is cooked, then tossed in a cheesy roux based sauce.
